Job Description
The Inside Sales Staff will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting automobile spare parts and accessories, and converting inquiries into sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions. The role includes preparing quotations, processing customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse for stock availability, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The candidate will maintain accurate sales records, update customer information, and build long-term relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting suitable spare parts and accessories, achieving monthly sales targets, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and resolving customer concerns promptly. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in the automobile spare parts industry is an advantage, while motivated freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. The position is based in Kottayam.
