Job Description
Operation Theatre (OT) nurses manage perioperative care. They prepare sterile environments, assist surgeons by handing instruments, and monitor patient vitals. These nurses serve in two primary roles: the Scrub Nurse inside the sterile field and the Circulating Nurse managing the room outside the field.
