The role also includes coordinating with suppliers, sourcing materials, comparing prices, negotiating purchase terms, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for ongoing advertising projects. The candidate will maintain accurate sales and purchase records, monitor inventory, prepare reports, and coordinate with the production and accounts teams for smooth operations.
