A reputed hospital equipment manufacturing company is hiring Billing Staff (male/female candidates preferred) to manage daily billing and invoicing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, processing purchase and sales bills, maintaining billing records, verifying order details, coordinating with the accounts, sales, and dispatch teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions. The role also includes updating customer records, handling payment follow-ups, preparing delivery documents, maintaining GST-related billing records, and resolving billing queries promptly. Candidates should have basic knowledge of accounting and billing software such as Tally or ERP systems, along with proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential. Previous experience in billing or accounts is preferred, but freshers with relevant computer knowledge and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Food and accommodation are preferred and may be provided for suitable candidates.
