A reputed hospital equipment manufacturing company is hiring a Floor Supervisor (male/female candidates preferred) to oversee daily production floor activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely completion of production targets, and coordinating with production, quality control, packing, and dispatch teams. The role includes assigning daily tasks, maintaining production records, enforcing workplace safety regulations, monitoring machine and equipment usage, and reporting operational issues to management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience as a production or floor supervisor is preferred, while candidates with relevant industrial experience and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
