Job Description
A reputed hospital equipment manufacturing company is hiring Helpers (male/female candidates preferred) to assist in daily production, packing, loading, and general factory operations. The selected candidate will support machine operators and production staff, handle raw materials and finished products, assist with packing and labeling, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and help with loading and unloading goods when required. Candidates will also be responsible for following safety guidelines, maintaining workplace discipline, and performing other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, physically fit, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Food and accommodation are preferred and may be provided for suitable candidates.
