A reputed hospital equipment manufacturing company is hiring Sales Staff (male/female candidates preferred) to promote and market its healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and dealers. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting customers, explaining product features, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with the production and dispatch teams, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at exhibitions and promotional events when required. Candidates should possess good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, or field sales is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply. The candidate should be willing to travel as required. Food and accommodation are preferred and may be provided for suitable candidates.
