Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test rides.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings and sales.
Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets set by the dealership.
Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, and registration procedures.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.
Participate in dealership events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and complete all required documentation.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
