A reputed hotel in Kodungallur, Thrissur is hiring an experienced All Round Chief Cook. Male candidates are preferred. The ideal applicant should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes including South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and continental items. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring consistent taste and quality of food served to customers. Duties also include maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, monitoring stock levels, ordering ingredients, and reducing food wastage. The chief cook will be responsible for ensuring timely preparation and service of meals during peak hours and coordinating with hotel management for daily kitchen requirements. Candidates should be skilled in cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food presentation. Prior experience as a chief cook or senior cook in hotels or restaurants is required.
