A reputed Manufacturing Company is hiring a Floor Supervisor for various locations across Kerala. Male candidates are preferred for this role. The ideal applicant should have prior experience in production or manufacturing operations and the ability to manage workforce activities on the shop floor efficiently. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring work is carried out as per company standards, and maintaining discipline and productivity among workers. Duties include allocating tasks to workers, monitoring output quality, reducing wastage, ensuring timely completion of production targets, and coordinating with production managers and quality control teams. The role also involves maintaining attendance records, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and resolving minor operational issues on the floor. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and a practical understanding of manufacturing processes. Prior experience in a similar supervisory role will be an added advantage. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
