A reputed Business Group is hiring Office Clerks for multiple locations across Kerala. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling routine office administrative tasks efficiently. Applicants should have basic educational qualifications along with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, filing documents, data entry, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, supporting billing and documentation work, and assisting senior staff in daily administrative activities. The role also includes updating registers, preparing simple reports, managing office files, and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment. Prior experience in clerical or administrative work will be an added advantage, but freshers may also apply. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
