Job Description
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
* Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR compliance (excluding payroll processing).
* Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
* Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
* Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
* Coordinate performance review processes and employee confirmation formalities.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
