The candidate will be responsible for overall supervision and management of hostel residents, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment. Duties include monitoring daily activities, maintaining attendance records, enforcing hostel rules, handling student or resident concerns, and coordinating with management for operational needs. The role also involves ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained, managing staff coordination, and responding to emergencies when required. Candidates should have strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to handle people with patience and responsibility. Prior experience in hostel management, teaching, or administrative roles will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of maintaining a supportive environment for residents. Preference will be given to female candidates due to hostel requirements.
