Job Description
We are hiring a Kitchen Helper for our Ladies Hostel located in Ernakulam, MG Road area. The candidate will assist in daily kitchen activities including basic food preparation support, cutting vegetables, cleaning utensils, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and helping the cook in serving meals on time. Responsibilities also include keeping kitchen equipment, work areas, and dining space clean and organized, ensuring proper waste disposal, and following all hygiene and safety standards. The role requires supporting in breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation as per hostel schedule. Candidates should be hardworking, clean, and able to work in a team environment. Prior experience in hotel, hostel, or catering kitchen work will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food handling is preferred. Preference will be given to female candidates due to hostel environment requirements. The ideal candidate should be honest, disciplined, and ready to work in flexible shifts.
