We are hiring a Laptop Technician for our computer sales and service firm located in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all types of laptops including hardware and software issues. Duties include motherboard-level troubleshooting, chip-level repair support, keyboard, display, battery, and charging issue fixing, OS installation, driver setup, and system optimization. The role also involves handling customer complaints, preparing service reports, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired devices. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge in laptop hardware architecture and practical experience in repair and servicing. Basic networking and software troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and customer handling ability are required. Preference will be given to male candidates with prior experience in laptop service centers. The ideal candidate should be skilled, hardworking, and capable of working in a fast-paced technical environment. Immediate joining preferred with growth opportunities based on performance.
