Job Description
We are hiring a Computer Hardware Technician for our computer sales and service firm located in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware devices. Duties include hardware troubleshooting, motherboard-level repair support, installation of operating systems and drivers, assembling systems, and providing on-site and in-house technical service to customers. The role also involves supporting network setup, checking system performance, and ensuring timely completion of service requests. Candidates should have strong knowledge of computer hardware components, basic networking, and system configuration. Prior experience in computer service centers will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required. Preference will be given to male candidates with hands-on technical experience. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced service environment with immediate joining preferred.
