We are hiring a Front Office Staff for our computer sales and service firm located in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing phone calls, welcoming visitors, and providing information about our products and services. Additional duties include maintaining daily registers, scheduling service requests, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting basic billing and documentation work. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge including MS Office and data entry. Candidates should be organized, attentive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
