We are hiring an Accountant for our farm-based firm located in Kaduthuruthy, Kottayam. The candidate will handle daily accounting operations, financial record keeping, billing, invoicing, and preparation of monthly reports. Responsibilities include maintaining cash book, ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, and supporting audit requirements. The role also involves assisting in budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with basic financial procedures of the organization. Candidates must have strong knowledge in accounting and finance, preferably MBA or BCom qualification with relevant experience in accounting roles. Good communication skills are required for coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial data entry are essential. Preference will be given to male candidates with additional skills in driving, as occasional field visits may be required. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and capable of working independently in a farm business environment in the organization sector.
