We are hiring a Driver cum Sales Executive for our farm-based business located in Kaduthuruthy, Kottayam. The candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles for daily delivery and sales operations, ensuring safe and timely transportation of agricultural products. The role includes visiting customers, promoting farm products, collecting orders, and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate must hold an MBA qualification with proven experience in sales, strong communication skills, and valid driving ability with a clean record. Responsibilities also include maintaining vehicle condition, supporting inventory loading/unloading, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, honest, and capable of working independently in field operations. Preference will be given to male candidates with prior experience in FMCG or agricultural sales. This is a growth-oriented role with opportunities to expand responsibilities within the firm.
