A reputed construction company in Elamakkara, Ernakulam is looking for a Building Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and security of residential and commercial properties. We prefer a male candidate with a valid driving licence, good physical fitness, and a responsible attitude. The role includes monitoring the premises, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, coordinating with maintenance technicians, supervising housekeeping staff, handling minor repairs, receiving visitors and deliveries, and ensuring the safety and proper functioning of the building. The candidate should be able to respond promptly to maintenance issues, maintain records, and support smooth building operations. Previous experience in property maintenance, facility management, or caretaking is an advantage, but dedicated freshers may also apply.
