Job Description
We are hiring Billing Staff for our textiles shop located in Aredathupalam, Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all billing and cashiering activities in the store. Key duties include generating invoices for customer purchases, accurately entering product details into the billing software, applying discounts or offers as per store policy, and ensuring correct calculation of totals. The role also involves handling cash, card, and digital payment transactions, maintaining daily sales records, and reconciling cash at the end of each shift. Candidates should assist in basic customer service by guiding billing-related queries and coordinating with sales staff for smooth checkout operations. Maintaining accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail is very important for this position. Basic computer knowledge and experience in billing software will be an added advantage. Both male and female candidates are preferred. Prior experience in retail billing or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory. Salary will be based on experience and performance with growth opportunities.
