Job Description
We are hiring Textile Sales Staff for our textiles shop located in Aredathupalam, Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting fabrics, readymade garments, and other textile products based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Key duties include explaining fabric types, designs, and quality differences, helping customers with trial and selection, and ensuring a smooth billing process. The role also involves maintaining proper arrangement of textiles, folding and displaying garments neatly, and ensuring attractive visual merchandising in the showroom. Candidates should actively support stock checking, inventory updates, and assist in receiving new stock when required. Good communication skills, a polite attitude, and strong customer service orientation are essential. Basic knowledge of textile products and fashion trends will be an added advantage. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position. Prior experience in retail or textile sales is preferred but not mandatory. Salary will be based on experience and performance, with growth opportunities available.
