Store Manager Job Opening in Kochi, Ernakulam

We are hiring a Store Manager for our optical shop located in Thrissur/Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties include supervising sales activities, maintaining stock of frames, lenses, and accessories, coordinating with optometrists and lab technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The candidate will handle billing, cash management, and maintain accurate sales records. Additional responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, improving store performance, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a professional retail environment. The Store Manager will also manage inventory control, reorder stock when needed, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required. Prior experience in optical retail or any retail management role will be an added advantage. Both male and female candidates are preferred.
