Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our mobile sales and service firm in Areekode. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile phones and related accessories. Key duties include hardware troubleshooting, software installation, OS updates, data backup and recovery, screen and battery replacements, and resolving network or connectivity issues. The role also involves assisting customers in selecting mobile devices, explaining product features, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of smartphones, basic electronics, and mobile operating systems (Android and iOS). Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are essential. Prior experience in mobile service centers will be an advantage. Preference may be given to candidates who can handle a fast-paced retail and service environment. Salary will be based on experience and performance. Training support may be provided for suitable candidates.
