We are hiring a Telecaller for a reputed Mobile Shop located in Areecode. Female candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant speaking manner, and the ability to handle customer calls confidently and professionally. The main responsibilities include making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, informing them about mobile products, offers, exchange schemes, new arrivals, and services available in the shop. The candidate will also handle inbound customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and encourage store visits and purchases. Additional duties include maintaining call records, updating customer details in the database, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The applicant should be polite, persuasive, and capable of building good customer relationships over phone conversations. Basic computer knowledge and Malayalam communication skills are required. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage, but freshers with good speaking ability are also welcome.
