We are hiring a Telecaller for a reputed Education Institution in Kuttiady, Kozhikode. Female candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to confidently interact with students and parents over phone calls. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining course details, providing admission guidance, and following up on inquiries. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining call records, updating lead information in the database, and supporting the admissions team in achieving monthly targets. She should be polite, persuasive, and capable of handling queries and objections in a professional manner. Basic computer knowledge and Malayalam/English communication skills are required. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage, but freshers with good speaking ability are also welcome.
