The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and enquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, coordinating with the sales and academic teams, and supporting admission-related activities. The applicant should be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a target-driven environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
