We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for a reputed Education Institution in Kuttiady, Kozhikode. Female candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and result-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves supporting the sales and admissions team in student enrollment activities, handling inquiries from parents and students, explaining course details, and guiding them through the admission process. The candidate will also assist in lead generation activities, follow-ups, maintaining student databases, and achieving monthly admission targets. Coordination with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission procedures is also required. The applicant should be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a target-driven environment. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or education sector is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
