We are hiring a Waiter for a reputed Restaurant in Cherpulassery. Male candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused with good communication skills. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving dishes and drinks promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The waiter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper table setup, coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery, and handling customer requests or complaints professionally. The role also includes preparing tables before service, clearing used dishes, and supporting the restaurant team during peak hours. Candidates should be energetic, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotels or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
