Responsibilities include supervising service staff, assigning daily duties, ensuring prompt and professional customer service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The Restaurant Captain will monitor staff performance, assist in training team members, ensure tables are properly arranged, and support daily restaurant operations to deliver an excellent dining experience. Candidates should be well-groomed, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
