We are hiring a Head Chef for a well-established Restaurant in Cherpulassery. Male candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing a professional kitchen. Responsibilities include planning and preparing high-quality dishes, creating and updating menus, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and presentation, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards, managing inventory, controlling food costs, and minimizing wastage. The Head Chef will also be responsible for training junior chefs, coordinating with management, and ensuring timely food preparation during busy service hours. Candidates should be organized, creative, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
