Inside Sales Staff Job Opening in Balussery, Kozhikode

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Inside Sales Staff to join our electronic shop in Balussery, Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities include attending walk-in customers, explaining electronic products and their features, preparing quotations and invoices, handling phone and WhatsApp enquiries, following up with customers, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with the inventory team.
