Key ResponsibilitiesSite
Site visit - Once enquiry registered site visit need to be done, BOQ preparation , Need to make proper measurements
Supervision: Overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring all finishes, carpentry, and installations comply strictly with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Drawing & Design Interpretation: Reviewing architectural and interior designs to identify potential conflicts or practical issues before construction begins.
Project Coordination: Serving as the central point of contact between interior designers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) specialists, consultants, and clients.Scheduling &
Resource Management: Developing detailed project schedules and managing the procurement of materials to prevent delays.
Quality & Safety Control: Conducting rigorous quality checks on site and enforcing safety regulations to protect workers and materials.
Snagging & Handover: Preparing snag lists, resolving outstanding defects, and ensuring seamless project handover to the client.Core Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects.Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent leadership to manage site workers and diverse stakeholders.
Local Regulations: Deep understanding of local building codes and authority regulations
