Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Accounts Executive to manage the company's HR, Finance, and Accounts functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR compliance.
Handle invoicing, receipts, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain financial records and MIS reports.
Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely statutory filings.
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com/MBA (HR/Finance) or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/ERP).
Good knowledge of GST, taxation, payroll, and labour laws.
Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
