We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers for our Insurance and Assurance Company based in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM). Female candidates are preferred. This is a Work From Home opportunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining insurance and assurance plans, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include answering customer queries, following up with clients, updating customer records, and achieving daily and monthly calling targets. Candidates should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, basic computer knowledge, and a reliable internet connection with a smartphone or laptop. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Immediate joining is preferred.
