We are hiring Inside Sales Staff for our furniture retail showrooms located in Kaipattoor and Kulanada. The role includes assisting customers in selecting furniture such as sofas, beds, dining sets, wardrobes, and home décor items. Candidates will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, pricing, and available offers, and guiding them to make the right purchase decisions. The job also involves handling billing support, maintaining showroom cleanliness, arranging product displays, and updating stock details when required. Strong communication skills, a polite attitude, and good customer service abilities are essential for this role. Basic knowledge of furniture materials and design styles will be an added advantage. Female staff preferred for Kaipattoor branch and male staff preferred for Kulanada branch. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Training will be provided. Salary will be based on experience with performance-based incentives.
