We are hiring a Telecaller for a reputed education institute in Alappuzha. Female candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have a qualification of Plus Two or Degree with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be an added advantage. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explaining course details, providing information about admissions, fees, and facilities, and answering inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining call records, following up on leads, and supporting the admission team to achieve enrollment targets.
