The role involves receiving customer vehicles for service, understanding customer complaints, and accurately documenting service requirements. The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating with the workshop team, providing job updates to customers, preparing job cards, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. Additional responsibilities include explaining repair work, estimating service costs, handling customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
