We are hiring a Sales Officer for our Finance Firm located in Kollam. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Qualification: Any Degree. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. The primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, promote the company's financial products and services, generate new business leads, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate will conduct field visits, explain loan and finance schemes, assist customers with documentation, and ensure a smooth application process. Regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients, maintaining accurate sales records, and submitting daily activity reports are also part of the role. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned area. Previous experience in finance, banking, insurance, or sales will be an added advantage, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
