Accountant cum Billing Job Opening in Thiruvananthapuram

We are hiring an Accountant cum Billing Staff for our Homeopathic Pharmacy in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM). Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, billing procedures, and basic computer applications. Experience with accounting software such as Tally or similar billing systems will be an added advantage. The primary responsibilities include preparing invoices, handling billing transactions, maintaining daily cash and bank records, recording purchase and sales entries, and assisting with accounts reconciliation. The candidate will also manage inventory records, process customer payments, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions. Coordinating with suppliers, maintaining proper filing of invoices, and supporting administrative tasks are also part of the role. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, honest, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience in accounting or pharmacy billing is preferred, but motivated freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and skills.
