Inside Sales Staff Job Opening in Ernakulam

We are hiring Inside Sales Staff for our Stationery and Gift Shop located in Broadway, Ernakulam. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for retail sales. The primary responsibility is to assist customers in selecting stationery, office supplies, school items, gift products, and other merchandise based on their needs. The candidate will explain product features, prices, and ongoing offers while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include arranging product displays, maintaining stock on shelves, checking inventory levels, and informing the store manager about low-stock items. The role also involves assisting with billing, packing purchased items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Freshers with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and good customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Immediate joining is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
