We are hiring an All-Round Chef for our Three-Star Hotel located in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of Indian, Chinese, Continental, and South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. The chef will be responsible for planning daily food preparation, ensuring timely service, and maintaining consistency in every dish. The role includes monitoring kitchen hygiene, proper food storage, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage. The candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure, coordinate with kitchen staff, and follow hotel recipes and food safety standards. Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment is essential. Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred. The candidate should be disciplined, hardworking, and willing to work flexible shifts. Salary will be based on experience and skills. Immediate joining is preferred.
