We are a growing Food & Beverage company located in Aluva, Kerala, and are currently hiring a dynamic and motivated E-Commerce Executive (Male/Female candidates preferred). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, along with basic knowledge of online sales platforms and customer handling. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online product listings across various platforms, updating inventory, and ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing. The role includes handling customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitoring sales performance, assisting in promotional campaigns, and supporting digital marketing activities will also be part of the job. Basic reporting on daily orders and customer feedback is required. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome. Prior experience in e-commerce or food delivery platforms will be an added advantage.
