We are hiring Picking and Packing Staff for a reputed Food and Beverage firm located in Aluva, Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory, packing goods, labeling packages, and preparing shipments. Duties include verifying product quantity, maintaining stock arrangement in warehouse, assisting in loading and unloading when required, and ensuring packed goods meet company standards. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the packing area and following safety and hygiene protocols at all times. Candidates should be physically fit, alert, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Male candidates are preferred due to operational requirements. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG sector will be an advantage, but freshers are also welcome. The ideal candidate should have basic reading, counting skills, discipline, and teamwork ability. Salary will be based on experience with overtime benefits and growth opportunities. Immediate joining is preferred for suitable candidates.
