We are hiring an Office Assistant for a reputed jewellery manufacturing and retail store in Kollam, Kerala. The candidate will support daily administrative operations, documentation, customer coordination, and basic accounting-related tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining office records, assisting in billing and inventory management, handling customer enquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating between showroom and manufacturing unit. Candidates with a BSc Chemistry background are preferred, as the role may also involve assisting in basic material understanding and quality-related documentation in jewellery production processes. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), and a professional attitude. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn are essential. Prior experience in retail or administrative roles will be an advantage but freshers can also apply.
