Inside Sales Staff Job Opening in Taliparamba, Kannur

We are hiring Inside Sales Staff for our building material dealer firm located in Taliparamba, Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling indoor customer interactions, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Duties include managing phone calls and walk-in customers, maintaining sales records, processing orders, coordinating with the billing and delivery teams, and ensuring smooth order execution. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on pending enquiries, and providing accurate product information related to cement, steel, tiles, and other building materials. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
