Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing Executive for our building material dealer firm located in Taliparamba, Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, and other construction-related products. Key responsibilities include identifying new customers, visiting construction sites, meeting contractors and builders, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. The candidate will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure timely follow-ups, and support the achievement of monthly sales targets. Regular field visits and effective communication with customers are essential parts of the role. Applicants should have good communication and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel locally, and a basic understanding of sales and marketing. Freshers with strong interest in marketing may also apply, though prior experience in the building material industry will be an advantage. Free accommodation will be provided by the company.
