We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager for our building material dealer firm located in Taliparamba, Kannur. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling indoor sales operations, managing customer inquiries, processing quotations, and converting leads into sales. The role involves coordinating with customers, contractors, and field sales executives to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of materials such as cement, steel, tiles, and other construction products. The candidate will maintain customer databases, follow up on pending orders, and achieve monthly sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills are essential for this position. Applicants should have prior experience in sales or customer service; experience in building materials is an added advantage. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
