We are hiring an IT Support Engineer Intern for our IT firm in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM). The intern will assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues within the organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system and network problems, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, maintaining IT inventory, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The candidate will also assist in basic server monitoring, backup management, and documentation of support activities. Applicants should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, Windows/Linux operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of IT service desk tools will be an added advantage. Freshers or recent graduates with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
