The HR Manager will oversee the complete human resource function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, policy implementation, employee relations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities also include developing HR strategies, managing employee engagement initiatives, handling grievance resolution, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
